A Genuine Risk is more like a calculated risk rather than an impulsive one.  You assess the packaging, region its from and how its made.  Here you have a prosecco created by the first Organic Wine makers in all of Italy.  This means Rischio Reale is made with the absence of pesticides, herbicides & chemical fertilizers. Let’s see, it has a designation of D.O.C. (Denominazione di Origine Controllata ), as well as a Vegan indication and is Biodynamic.  It’s also from the notorious wine growing region of Venezia.  What could possible go wrong?
